PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter in which, when a speed thereof is accelerated or decelerated using a stepping operation of a speed change pedal, the speed can be accelerated or decelerated with speed variations corresponding to a stepping amount of the speed change pedal, and a sense of speed change can be improved.SOLUTION: A rice transplanter 1 includes an engine 14, a motor 71, a motor potentiometer 71a, a speed change pedal 67, and a pedal potentiometer 67a. The rice transplanter 1 calculates a target drive amount of the motor 71 based on a pedal signal output from the pedal potentiometer 67a, drives the motor 71 such that a value detected by the motor potentiometer 71a becomes the target drive amount, and changes the speed thereof to a speed corresponding to the target drive amount of the motor 71. An operating range of the speed change pedal 67 is divided into a plurality of speed change areas.
