PURPOSE: A snack puffing device and a producing system of puffed snack are provided to offer the improved production efficiency of the device to the producing system. CONSTITUTION: A snack puffing device(1) comprises the following: a heating and compressing unit heating and compressing ingredients inside a space unit filled with superheated steam； a pair of cylindrical rollers(21) filled with the superheated steam； superheated steam inlet and outlet formed on each end of a cylinder space inside the rollers； a spiral rib installed in the cylinder space along to the inner wall of the space； and plural ring shaped ribs located toward the cylindrical shaft direction of the cylinder space. A superheated steam supplier(2) supplies the superheated steam into the snack puffing device.[과제] 배선문제를 해결하고 팽화스낵과자의 원료를 가열압압하는 부재를 가열하기 위한 비용절감을 실현함과 더불어, 장치의 대규모화를 가능하게 하고, 생산효율을 향상시킨 스낵팽화장치 및 팽화스낵과자 제조시스템을 제공한다.
