An antibody-drug conjugate comprising an antibody that binds to CD70 and a drug that is a cytotoxic agent selected from a minor groove binding agent of DNA, an alkylating agent or an anti-tubulin agent, and wherein (i) the antibody competes for binding to CD70 with (a) an IF6 monoclonal antibody comprising a heavy chain variable region having the amino acid sequence set forth in residues 20-137 of SEQ ID NO: 2 and a light chain variable region having the amino acid sequence set forth in residues 21-132 of SEQ ID NO: 12； or (b) a 2F2 monoclonal antibody comprising a heavy chain variable region having the amino acid sequence set forth in residues 20-137 of SEQ ID NO: 22 and a light chain variable region having the amino acid sequence set forth in 21-132 SEQ NO: 32； or (ii) the antibody comprising the H1, H2, and H3 regions of SEQ ID NOS: 6, 8 and 10 and which further comprise the L1, L2, and L3 regions of SEQ ID NOS: 16, 18 and 20； or the antibody comprising regions H1, H2, and H3 of SEQ ID NOS: 26,28 and 30 and further comprising regions L1, L2, and L3 of SEQ ID NOS: 36, 38 and 40； or (iii) the antibody comprising a heavy chain variable region that has at least 80% sequence identity with the amino acid sequence set forth in residues 20-137 of SEQ NO: 2 or SEQ ID NO: 22, and a light chain variable region that has at least 80% sequence identity with the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 12 or SEQ ID NO: 32.Un conjugado anticuerpo-fármaco que comprende un anticuerpo que se une a CD70 y un fármaco que es un agente citotóxico seleccionado de un agente de unión al surco menor del ADN, un agente alquilante o un agente anti-tubulina, y en donde (i) el anticuerpo compite por la unión a CD70 con (a) un anticuerpo monoclonal IF6 que comprende una región variable de cadena pesada que tiene la secuencia de aminoácidos enunciada en los restos 20-137 de SEQ ID NO: 2 y una región variable de cadena ligera que tiene la secuencia de aminoácidos enunciada en los restos 21-132
