The present invention relates to a skin care system and methods for providing the same, and comprises； a server including databases and a transceiver unit； a portable terminal connected wirely or wirelessly to the server, and including an application for providing skin care services； a skin care apparatus connected wirely or wirelessly to the portable terminal； and the skin care apparatus operates according to a control signal of the portable terminal, wherein the control signal is generated based on the database according to cosmetics and a user's condition provided from the server.
