In one embodiment , a pressure gradient is generated in the region , resulting in a relative movement between fat cell constituents having different densities . In another embodiment , the projections of the skin and the fat tissue below the region containing the formed and the ultrasonic energy is emitted in the adipose tissue in the protrusion .
