The present invention relates to a fermented extract of ocean sunfish, a cosmetic composition comprising the same, and a method for preparing the same. The method comprises: a first step of drying an ocean sunfish mixture to produce a dry ocean sunfish product； a second step of shredding the dry ocean sunfish product to produce a ground ocean sunfish product； a third step of mixing the ground ocean sunfish product with a solvent to produce a mixture, and fermenting the mixture to produce a fermented ocean sunfish product； a fourth step of aging the fermented ocean sunfish product； and a fifth step of filtering the aged fermented ocean sunfish product to produce a fermented extract of ocean sunfish.
