The present invention relates to a sanitary pad capable of being applied by one hand. The sanitary pad of the present invention comprises: a sanitary pad main body (10) formed long vertically in a linear shape to have a lower surface attached to an underwear and an upper surface absorbing body fluid； and a sanitary pad package (40) formed long vertically in a linear shape and used to pack each of the sanitary pad main body (10). The sanitary pad package (40) includes: a package main body (41) covering the central upper surface of the sanitary pad main body； a first pocket (43) into which the upper part of the sanitary pad main body is inserted； and a second pocket (45) into which the lower part of the sanitary pad main body is inserted. The ends of the first pocket (43) and the second pocket (45) are connected to each other upstream of the package main body (41) and each opening of the first pocket (43) and the second pocket (45) is located in the lower part of the package main body (41).
