A method for producing a flavored liquid, comprising: a) providing a gas containing aromatic substances obtained from cocoa or cocoa-based products, and water； b) condensing a gas including aromatic substances and water to form a flavored liquid aqueous phase and gas phase ； and c) applying to the gas phase obtained in b) increased pressure in the presence of an absorbent liquid to form a flavored liquid. 2.
