The present invention relates to a medical armrest capable of switching wearing modes. More specifically, the armrest is configured to be used in a mode in which the armrest is worn on a neck as a conventional case and a mode in which the armrest can be worn on a chest according to a choice of a user. According to switching of the assembly type, the medical armrest can be worn on the neck and can be switched to be worn on the chest if the neck feels uncomfortable.
