The surgical hook gripper is formed by a ridge body (3) in which a drawbar (4) is mounted to fix the position of the operating hook (1), the drawbar (4) is equipped at the end with the thread (6), on the second end terminated by a handle (5).The ridge body (3) has a threaded portion (7) in the head for receiving a portion of the thread (6) of the drawbar (4) and an opening for attaching the operating hook (1) by means of a pin (2).
