PURPOSE: A shovel to which a floor mat is adhered is provided to concurrently prevent injury of an operator and to work effectively. CONSTITUTION: A shovel to which a floor mat is adhered includes a floor mat member(300) installed between a shovel blade and a shovel handle. The floor mat member comprises a pair of floor mats(310) which is extended bidirectionally from the shovel handle and has a predetermined width in order for feet of an operator to be supported； force transmitters(320) which are extended from each floor mat to a connection part of the shovel handle and shovel blade and delivers pressure of the floor mat to the center of the shovel blade； and a plurality of slip prevention protrusions on the upper side of the floor mats.본 발명은 삽날과 삽자루 사이에 설치된 디딤판 부재를 포함하고, 상기 디딤판 부재는 상기 삽자루로부터 양방향으로 연장되어 사용자의 발이 지지될 수 있도록 일정폭을 갖는 한 쌍의 디딤판과, 상기 각각의 디딤판으로부터 상기 삽날과 상기 삽자루의 연결부로 연장되어 상기 디딤판의 압력이 상기 삽날의 중심으로 전달되도록 하는 힘 전달부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발 디딤판이 부착된 삽에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따르면, 일정폭의 디딤판이 작업자의 발을 안정적으로 지지할 수 있고, 힘 전달부에 의해 디딤판에 가해진 하중이 삽날에 효과적으로 전달될 수 있어, 작업자의 피로감을 줄여주고 안전하고 효율적인 작업을 수행할 수 있다.
