The present invention relates to a system to save power for a fish farm by controlling a seawater pump based on IoT. The present invention includes: a step of analyzing a proper saving capacity of a seawater pump by analyzing a natural savable capacity by tide, a savable capacity according to the capacity of a seawater tank and water area, and a savable capacity by oxygen and flowrate control a step of setting up an optimal seawater pump control strategy through control scheduling according to the features of a fish farm, seawater pump control scheduling according to a time difference between tides, and sequential control procedure analysis for the maximum total saving and a step of controlling water rotation according to an inverter control amount and a pump operation rate by executing power-saving through IoT-based control on the seawater pump, monitoring the proper control state according to seawater pump scheduling, and scheduling and controlling the use of minimum power for operating a heater pump for maintaining an appropriate growth environment and analyzing a correlation between a growth environment and power consumption per device.
