The present invention relates to a pacifier and a joining structure thereof. The present invention is to provide a pacifier formed to effectively provide a function for supporting a main body and a function for ventilating the inside of the pacifier. According to an aspect of the present invention, the pacifier includes: a first member which is made of a silicone material and includes a first base unit which is integrally formed in the shape of a flange to be extended a second member which is made of a material harder than the material of the first member, has an extended unit with the size larger than the first base unit of the first member, has a second front side base unit capable of surface contact with the first base unit in the center of the front side of the extended unit, and has a second rear side base unit arranged on a side opposite to the second front side base unit and a third member which has a third base unit in the shape of a flange capable of surface contact with the second rear side base unit and has a main body unit arranged on the rear side of the third base unit.
