PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fistula catheter with a simple structure and with which it is possible to suppress irritation of the wall of the alimentary canal, and a fistula catheter set.SOLUTION: This fistula catheter A which is fitted in fistulae AH and SH formed in a patients abdominal wall AW and stomach wall SW consists of an external retention part 10 which is disposed on the abdominal wall surface AW of the fistula AH, and a tubular part 20. The tubular part 20 is arranged such that the base end part 21 links with the external retention part 10, and the tip end part 22 extends from the fistulae AH and SH into the stomach S. The tubular part 20 is formed as a flexible helix. Furthermore, the tip end part 22 of the tubular part 20 projects to the inner periphery of the helix.
