PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can increase the number of conductors which can be inserted in the tube of a catheter while having kept the planarity of a bend suitable in the catheter which can deflect the distal end.SOLUTION: The catheter includes: a tubular member 4 bar springs 22a and 22b of a pair which are prepared inside the tubular member 4 along the center axis X1 of the tubular member 4, and in which one side is arranged by shifting the center axis X1 and the another side is arranged by shifting in the direction opposite to the one side to the center axis X1 passages 31 and 32 for operation wire insertion which are prepared inside the tubular member 4 along the center axis X1 of the tubular member 4, and arranged at one surface side H1 and the another surface side H2 of a virtual plane H which passes along the center axes X2 and X3 of the bar springs 22a and 22b of a pair and operation wires 50a and 50b which are slidably inserted in the passages 31 and 32 for operation wire insertion and in which the one ends are connected the proximity of the distal end of the tubular member 4.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】遠位端を偏向可能なカテーテルにおいて、湾曲部の平面性を好適に保ったまま、カテーテルの管内に挿通可能な導線類の数を増やすことができる技術を提供する。【解決手段】カテーテルは、管状部材4と、管状部材4の中心軸X1に沿って管状部材4の内部に設けられ、一方が中心軸X1に対してずれて配置され、他方が中心軸X1に対して一方とは反対の方向にずれて配置されている一対の棒バネ22a,22bと、管状部材4の中心軸X1に沿って管状部材4の内部に設けられ、一対の棒バネ22a,22bの中心軸X2,X3を通る仮想平面Hの一方の面側H1および他方の面側H2に配置されている操作用ワイヤ挿通用通路31,32と、操作用ワイヤ挿通用通路31,32にスライド可能に挿通され、一方の端部が管状部材4の遠位端近傍に接続された操作用ワイヤ50a,50bと、を備えている。【選択図】図4
