The present invention relates to a thermo-hygrostat and, more specifically, to a thermo-hygrostat having an air-conditioning function capable of maintaining a constant indoor temperature and moisture through a heating or cooling of air, while sterilizing or decomposing harmful substances contained in the discharged air. According to the present invention, the harmful substances are decomposed by a reaction between a photocatalyst and light, while a photocatalytic grill, coated with a photocatalyst, accommodates an ultraviolet lamp to be transmitted. Therefore, the structure can be simplified and costs for production and installation can be reduced. In particular, a photocatalytic guide is prepared on the inner circumference of the photocatalytic grill, in order to increase the contact time between the photocatalyst and air, thereby facilitating the decomposition of harmful substances contained in the air such as bacteria or foul smell.본 발명은 항온항습장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 공기의 냉각이나 가열을 통해 배출하여 실내의 온/습도를 설정된 상태로 유지시키면서 배출되는 공기의 유해물질을 살균하거나 분해할 수 있는 공기정화기능을 갖는 항온항습장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의하면, 광촉매제가 코팅된 광촉매그릴이 자외선램프를 투과가능한 상태로 수용하면서 광촉매제와 빛의 반응을 통해 유해물질을 분해하므로 구성이 간단하고 설치 및 제작이 용이하여 비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 특히 광촉매그릴의 내주면에 광촉매가이드가 구비되어 광촉매와 공기의 접촉시간을 증가시킴에 따라 공기 중의 유해물질이나 세균 또는 악취 등이 원활하게 분해될 수 있다.
