METHOD FOR PROCESSING MEDICINAL MATERIAL TO EASILY PROCESSING DIFFICULT-TO-CUT MATERIAL HAVING HIGH VISCOSITY OF REHMANNIA/POLYGONATUM TO ONE THAT CAN BE EASILY POWDERED LIKE COMMON MEDICINAL HERBS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for drinking Chinese medicinal herbs Rehmannia and Polygonatum, which are solid clay-like medicine materials, in powder form.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is a method for allowing Rehmannia or Polygonatum to be suitable for a wide range of drinking applications without loss of the drug effects of Rehmannia or Polygonatum. The method comprises: freezing a medicine material of Rehmannia or Polygonatum to almost 0 degrees Celsius °C to obtain a solidified material； crushing the material with a crusher； mixing the crushed material with another powder medicine and subjecting it to allow Rehmannia or Polygonatum to be dissolved and absorbed into the power medicine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】漢方薬草である地黄、黄精は、固い粘土状の薬材であり、これを粉末状にして飲用する方法の提供。【解決手段】地黄、黄精の薬材を、摂氏０℃近くにまで冷凍して固形物質化し、砕粉機で細かく砕き、他の粉末薬剤に混ぜて粉砕機にかける事で、細粉化された地黄、黄精が溶けて粉末薬剤に吸収され、非常に安価で短時間で粉末加工化することで、地黄、黄精の持つ薬効を損なうことなく一般錠剤などで広く飲用できる方法。【選択図】図２
