PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulation method of telmisartan by more improved fluid layer granulation which can produce granules having required properties, such as good elution properties, content uniformity, and particle size distribution, even in general fluid layer granulation conditions.SOLUTION: The invention provides a granulation method by fluid layer granulation of a pharmaceutical composition containing telmisartan, the method comprising (a) a step of mixing talc in an aqueous solution of telmisartan containing a solubilizer and preparing a granulation liquid, (b) a step of supplying granulation nucleuses containing an excipient to a fluidized bed granulating machine, and (c) a step of obtaining granules by spraying the granulation liquid prepared by the step (a) and performing fluid layer granulation, simultaneously with fluidizing the granulation nucleuses supplied by the step (b).COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
