PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subcutaneous fat thickness measurement instrument which has adjustable pressurizing force so as to obtain the pressurizing force conforming to the hardness of the fat of a person to be measured.SOLUTION: The instrument includes: connection means 15a and 16a which connect a measurement body 2 and an operation body 3 relatively movable in an operating direction and a pressurizing means 21 which pressurizes the measurement body 2 and the operation body 3 in a parting direction.
