PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving control device for a work vehicle capable of preventing application of a large load on an engine while avoiding insufficiency of driving force (torque) for running, and capable of carrying out that accurately.SOLUTION: The driving control device is provided with a retaining means 56 for retaining movement to a low speed side of an operation part 7Ma for capacity change in a variable capacity type hydraulic motor 7M of a hydrostatic continuously variable transmission 7 for running by operation force of operating movement to a high speed side, an operation force adjusting means 58 for changing and adjusting the operation force of the retaining means 56, and a control means 79 for changing and adjusting a command value of commanding the operation force adjusting means so as to maintain the operation part 7Ma in a set target position.
