PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide X-ray equipment capable of switching vertical movement of an image receiving part between an electrical operation and a manual operation according to a situation at a site.SOLUTION: The X-ray equipment comprises: an equipment body 2 a counter balance mechanism that connects the equipment body to one end of first transmission means 11 wound around a first rotational body 10, and connects a counter weight 12 to the other end so as to vertically movably support the equipment body a drive unit that includes a driven rotational body 15, a drive rotational body 16, second transmission means 14 to which the equipment body is locked, the second transmission means 14 connecting the respective rotational bodies, and that vertically moving associated with rotational turning of the respective rotational bodies, a clutch 18, and a first motor 19 a hand hold 24 that is operated connected to the vertical movement of the equipment body and independently vertically moves and a control unit 21.
