PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone retainer capable of avoiding such a situation in which a bone holding state is lost due to external force.SOLUTION: A bone retainer 10 comprises: a sleeve 11 comprising a shaft hole 11c extending in an axial line direction, comprising a side opening 11e communicated to the shaft hole on a side part on a tip end side, and comprising a base end opening for opening the shaft hole to outside on a base end and a pin 12 comprising a guided part 12a to be guided to an inner face of the shaft hole of the sleeve, and a tip end part 12b which is extended from and retreats to the side opening 11e by drive through the base end opening. The sleeve 11 has a guide surface 11d which is inclined toward an opening edge 11f on a tip end side of the side opening 11e, the pin 12 is configured to be guided to the guide surface 11d when the pin is extended from and retreats, from the side opening 11e.
