PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve "suppression of falling down" and "improvement of coming-off prevention performance" by providing a plurality of pin parts protruding downward from a holding part to form an upper surface on the upper side of the holding part.SOLUTION: Provided is a stop member 1 for stopping a sheet-shaped material on the ground which has a holding part 2 for holding the sheet-shaped material and for stopping it on the ground and in which a plurality of pin parts 3 protruding downward from the holding part so as to stick into the ground are provided and in which a substantially flat upper surface 4 is formed on the upper side of the holding part.
