PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an irrigating solution for an endodontic treatment containing nanoparticles capable of adjusting the life of nanoparticles, so as to correspond to e.g. the duration of endodontic treatment i.e. about 30-60 minutes, or be more prolonged compared with the duration of endodontic treatment.SOLUTION: The invention proposes a set consisting of a first formulation and a second formulation aiming at preparing an endodontic irrigating solution by mixing before or during an endodontic treatment. The first formulation contains an oxidant. The second formulation contains an antibacterial nanoparticle treated so that oxidation of the particles by an oxidant is slowed down. The antibacterial nanoparticle is enclosed e.g. in the state of a hybrid core-shell structure in a shell. In one deformation morphology, the antibacterial nanoparticle is produced from the alloy consisting of at least two kinds of elements. One kind of the alloying elements is more resistance to oxidation compared with other elements.【課題】ナノ粒子の寿命を、例えば、歯内治療の継続時間、すなわち、約３０～６０分に対応するように調節できる、または歯内治療の継続時間に比べてより長くなるように調節できる、歯内療法のためのナノ粒子含有洗浄溶液を提案すること。【解決手段】本発明は、歯内治療の前または歯内治療の間に混合されて歯内洗浄溶液を形成することを目的とした、第１製剤および第２製剤からなるセットを提案する。第１製剤は酸化剤を含む。第２製剤は、酸化剤による該粒子の酸化を減速するように処理された抗菌性ナノ粒子を含む。抗菌性ナノ粒子は、例えば、殻中にハイブリッド芯殻型構造の状態で封入される。１つの変形形態において、抗菌性ナノ粒子は、少なくとも２種の元素からなる合金から作製され、合金元素の１種は、他の元素に比べて、酸化に対してより抵抗性である。【選択図】図３
