PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid drug formulation-delivery system for delivering various combinations for the prevention and treatment of vascular diseases to a prescribed region and to obtain a liquid formulation composition formulated with the drug.SOLUTION: The liquid formulation composition contains rapamycin in a pharmaceutically effective dosage, a pharmaceutically acceptable solubility enhancer and a stabilizer. Vitamin ETPGS and a polyethylene glycol are formulated as the solubility enhancer and the stabilizer.
