PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that any of a float switch, voltage fluctuation or ultrasonic sensor has an adverse factor such that false detection occurs, and it is impossible to discriminate whether a solvent is defined to use or not in a conventional device atomizing a solvent by oscillation.SOLUTION: An atomized solvent discharge device has a liquid detection sensor 11 which detects an existence of a liquid stored in a storage part, and whether the liquid is a phytoncide solution or water and solvents other than those by a fluctuation of a capacitance.
