PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an original cosmetic liquid mixing device which is a compact device and can rapidly create original cosmetic liquid.SOLUTION: Once a plurality of undiluted cosmetic solutions of a given combination are drawn into a mixer tube by a given amount, and then the undiluted cosmetic solution in the mixer tube is collectively discharged to a preparation liquid container.
