In addition, it is equipped with a packaging machine, thereby reducing the time and labor associated with packaging, bringing the effect of maximizing efficiency in tofu manufacturing.본 고안은 비단두부(연두부 및 순두부포함)제조함에 있어 필요량의 두유와 응고제를 조절할 수 있고 서로 동시에 투입되므로 자연스럽게 혼합되는 두부원액을 만들어 주는데있다. 두유와 응고제의 량을 고정시켜 양질의 두부를 연속적으로 생산할 수 있게 하여준다. 또한 포장기기에 장착되어 포장에 따른 시간과 노동력을 줄여 줌으로써 두부제조에 효율성을 극대화하는 효과를 가지고 온다.
