Oxazolidinone derivative with cyclic amidoxime group or cyclic amidrazone represented by formula I, hydrate, solvate or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. ** Formula ** in which, ring A is a residue selected from the group consisting of the following structure ; ** Formula ** from R1 to R12, independently of each other, represent hydrogen, (C1-C7) alkyl, cycloalkyl (C3-C7), aryl (C6-C12) or heteroaryl (C4-C12) containing one at four heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of O, S and N, or R3 and R4 form a ring connecting with alkylene (C3-C5), the alkylene carbon atom may be substituted with carbonyl, and the alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or heteroaryl of R1 to R12 may be substituted with any one selected from the group consisting of (C1-C7) alkyl, halo (C1-C7) alkyl, (C1-C7) alkoxy and halogen; R13 is H, (C1-C7) alkyl, (C3-C7) cycloalkyl, formyl, (C1-C7) alkylcarbonyl, (C1-C7) alkoxycarbonyl or (C6-C12) aryl.Derivado de oxazolidinona con grupo amidoxima cíclica o amidrazona cíclica representado por la fórmula I, hidrato, solvato o sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo.**Fórmula** en la que, el anillo A es un residuo seleccionado del grupo que consiste en la siguiente estructura;**Fórmula** de R1 a R12, independientemente unos de otros, representan hidrógeno, alquilo (C1-C7), cicloalquilo (C3-C7), arilo (C6-C12) o heteroarilo (C4-C12) que contiene de uno a cuatro heteroátomos seleccionados del grupo que consiste en O, S y N, o R3 y R4 forman un anillo conectándose con alquileno (C3-C5), el átomo de carbono del alquileno puede estar sustituido con carbonilo, y el alquilo, cicloalquilo, arilo o heteroarilo de R1 a R12 puede estar sustituido con uno cualquiera seleccionado del grupo que consiste en alquilo (C1-C7), haloalquilo (C1-C7), alcoxilo (C1-C7) y halógeno; R13 es H, alquilo (C1-C7), cicloalquilo (C3-C7), formilo, alquilcarbonilo (C1-C7), alcoxicarbonilo (C1-C7) o arilo (C6-C12).
