PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-invasive organ fixture having a merit of a repeating type and capable of reducing the diameter of a puncture needle.SOLUTION: A repeating-type organ fixture 100 includes a suture instrument 20c composed of a rod-like engaging part 21c and a surgical suture 22c with an end part connected to the engaging part 21c, and a puncture needle 30 arranging and storing a plurality of engaging parts in a tip base end direction. The plurality of engaging parts are pushed out one by one from the puncture needle 30 by operating an operation part body. Tread paths 23a-23d for inserting surgical sutures 22, 22a and 22b of a suture instrument that is stored at a tip side into the inside of the puncture needle 30 are formed at the engaging part 21c of another suture instrument 20c stored at a base end side.
