PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organ fixing device capable of preventing unexpected fall of a locking part by reliably holding a surgical suture, without generating an excessive operation load when delivering the locking part of a fixture.SOLUTION: An organ fixing device 10 includes a puncture needle 130 that accommodates a locking part of a fixture, a cabinet 100 for supporting the puncture needle 130, and a holding belt 500 that is made of a non-rubber-based resin material and that surrounds an outer periphery of the cabinet 100.
