The present invention relates to a pad for electrical stimulation capable of strengthening muscles around back and waist, and at the same time, effectively alleviating backache by applying the electrical stimulation to not only back and waist, but also hip or coccyx. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the pad for electrical stimulation comprises a pad main body, a back/waist electrode plate arranged in the front surface of the pad main body, and face-contacted to the back and waist of a user in order to apply electrical stimulation thereto； a hip electrode plate arranged at a lower part of the back/waist electrode plate among the front surface of the pad main body, and face-contacted to the hip of the user in order to apply electrical stimulation thereto； and a coccyx electrode plate arranged on the exact central line of the front surface of the pad main body, and face-contacted to the coccyx of the user in order to apply electrical stimulation thereto.본 발명은 등 및 허리 뿐만 아니라 엉덩이나 꼬리뼈까지 동시에 전기자극을 가함에 따라, 등과 허리부위의 근육을 강화시킴과 동시에 요통을 효과적으로 완화시킬 수 있도록 한 전기자극용 패드에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전기자극용 패드는, 패드본체와, 상기 패드본체의 전면에 배열되고 사용자의 등 부위와 허리 부위에 면접되어 전기자극을 가하는 등허리용 전극판과, 상기 패드본체의 전면 중 상기 등허리용 전극판의 하부에 배열되고 사용자의 상측 엉덩이 부위에 면접되어 전기자극을 가하는 엉덩이용 전극판을 포함하고, 상기 패드본체의 전면 중 상기 패드본체의 정중앙선 상에 배열되고 사용자의 꼬리뼈 부위에 면접되어 전기자극을 가하는 꼬리뼈용 전극판을 더 포함할 수 있다.
