The present invention relates to an electric device for skin and a method for operating the electric device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the electric device for skin comprises: an interface part receiving orders from a user to alter intensity of plasma irradiated to skin； a plasma generation part selectively generating and outputting plasma corresponding to each level of second high voltage using predetermined first high voltage； and a control part controlling the plasma generation part so as to generate second high voltage at the selected level based on the orders from the user received among levels of second voltage.
