The present invention relates to a functional honey containing bay salt having multiple functions of bay salt and honey by supplying bay salt and honey together and to a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the functional honey containing bay salt includes: (a) a step for mixing honey and bay salt (S11)； and (b) a step of packing the mixed bay salt honey in a glass bottle or a PET container (S12). In the mixing step, the amount of the bay salt mixed into the honey is 10-50 wt%.본 발명은 천일염을 벌꿀과 함께 섭취하므로써, 천일염 및 벌꿀의 여러 유용한 작용을 동시에 기대할 수 있는 천일염을 함유하는 기능성 벌꿀 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 천일염을 함유하는 기능성 벌꿀의 제조방법은, (a) 벌꿀과 천일염을 혼합하는 단계(S11)； 및(b) 혼합된 천일염벌꿀을 유리병 또는 폴리에틸렌 수지(PET) 재질의 수납용기에 수납 및 포장하는 단계(S12)를 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 혼합단계에서의 천일염은, 중량%로, 10~50% 범위내에서 상기 벌꿀에 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
