PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accumulating an allergen-specific human T-cell epitope in a plant; and to provide the plant containing the epitope accumulated therein. SOLUTION: The method for directly accumulating a T-cell epitope-connector peptide (7 crp) in a seed, and the method for expressing/accumulating the human T-cell epitope as a part of a glutelin storage protein by introducing the T-cell epitope DNA in a variable region of the DNA of the glutelin which is a main storage protein of rice, are developed as means for accumulating the human T-cell epitope in the albumen of the rice. The rice producing the T-cell epitope-connector protein developed by the invention is strongly expected to practically function as an eatable vaccine against allergy to cedar pollen.
