To provide a manufacturing method of a blood apparatus cap without a weld line formed in a blood contact area.SOLUTION: A blood apparatus cap 12A can be attached in an opening of a cylindrical body of a blood apparatus and is obtained by injection-molding a thermoplastic resin. The blood apparatus cap includes: a cylindrical side part 21； a lid part 22 closing an opening on one side 101A in an axial direction 101 of the side part and including a through hole 25 along the axial direction； and a cylindrical nozzle part 23 whose inner space communicates with the through hole of the lid part.
