PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food additive material containing Iouseki-Tomuroishi stone powder, as a raw material for manufacturing noodles, bread, and confectionery, allowing various effects of Iouseki-Tomuroishi stone to be applied to foods in general and a manufacturing method of the foods.SOLUTION: The Iouseki-Tomuroishi stone in a granular state, a particle state, or a powder state is mixed into rice bran, miso, or malt. Water is added to and mixed with the mixture, and floating components are removed. The resulting product has a bactericidal effect, being easily absorbed into human body and widely applicable to foods.
