PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding forming method of wrapped food and its apparatus in which a contained material is wrapped up with a sheet-like sheath material such as a burrito and an egg roll.SOLUTION: A folding apparatus of wrapped food includes: a first folding unit for performing a first folding of folding a tip portion of a sheet-like sheath material in the inside direction with a contained material placed therein a second folding unit for performing a second folding of folding both side end portions of the sheath material subjected to the first folding in the inside direction with the contained material placed therein and a final folding unit for performing final folding of wrapping and folding the sheath material other than that around the core of the sheath material subjected to the first folding and the second folding. The final folding unit includes a holding device for holding a core portion of the sheath material and a support device for supporting the sheath material, and the support device is provided to be able to move up and down according to the rotation of the holding device when the holding device rotates around the core for wrapping the sheath materials other than that.
