PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein glycation reaction inhibitor targeting human serum albumin (HSA) and collagen as in vivo proteins and effectively suppressing production of 3DG as a glycation intermediate occurring in vivo and pentosidine and carboxymethyl lysine (CML) as glycation end products.SOLUTION: A protein glycation reaction inhibitor consists of a combination of one or more of extracts of plants belonging to Rosaceae, Ebenaceae, Myrtaceae, Labiatae, Gramineae, Fabaceae, Caesalpiniaceae and Lythraceae.
