PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article with a little possibility that foreign matters mixed in an absorber are visually recognized from the skin surface side or an outer surface side.
SOLUTION: For the absorptive article 100, an absorber 3 is interposed between a liquid permeable top sheet 1 and a liquid impermeable back sheet 2, and a lower layer absorber 32 whose lower surface 32B is adhered to the back sheet 2 and an upper layer absorber 31 laminated on its upper surface 32A are provided as the absorber 3. On the lower layer absorber 32, a plurality of recesses 32a are formed by pressing work of pressing from the side of the lower surface 32B to the side of the upper surface 32A. By presence of the recesses 32a, a plurality of recessed spaces 40 are formed between the lower layer absorber lower surface 32B and the back sheet 2, and the adhesion area to the back sheet 2 of the lower layer absorber lower surface 32B is narrowed.
