The present utility model relates to a fish dredging apparatus comprising: a feed hopper a frame being connected and upwardly extending from said feed hopper a tube conveyor having a shaft rotatably secured within said frame and in communication with said feed hopper a feeding tube secured adjacent with said frame and having a feed inlet portion and a feed outlet portion in communication with feed hopper a discharge hopper operably provided at the upper portion of said tube conveyor a prime mover and drive pulley mechanism operably connected to said tube conveyor and attaching means to secure said frame to the edge of a boat.
