PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearable motion assistance device enabling a user to stably move while carrying an object to be carried with both arms.SOLUTION: The motion assistance device 10 includes an upper limb frame 14 mounted to the upper limb of a wearer 12 a lower limb frame 19 mounted to the lower limb of the wearer 12 and a waist frame 30 mounted to the waist of the wearer 12. The upper limb frame 14 is formed above the waist frame 30, and has a vertical frame 15 extending upward from the front of the waist frame 30 and shoulder frames 16A and 16B laterally hung in a shoulder breadth direction from the upper end of the vertical frame 15. The shoulder frames 16A and 16B are equipped with upper limb drive portions 17A and 17B for assisting the movement of both arms in lifting an object to be carried so as to be movable back-and-forth, respectively.
