PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device of excellent structure easy to secure the support rigidity of each end effector in a transfer device enabled to separately control turning speeds and turning positions of end effectors.
SOLUTION: A delivery unit 10 includes: a plurality of end effectors 13 capable of separately turn while maintaining an order thereof on the same circumference a plurality of bearings 14 each constituted of an outer ring 142 holding one of the plurality of end effectors 13 and an inner ring 141 supported by a structural member and arranged in parallel with a turning shaft CL of the end effector 13 and driving sections 17 provided corresponding to the bearings 14 so as to drive the outer ring 142 for rotation by a rotary driving force of a rotary motor 170 connected through a rotation transmitting member 171. At least one of the driving sections 17 has the rotation transmitting member 171 arranged to pass through the inner peripheral side of other bearings except the corresponding bearing.
