PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent condensed water of steam from falling down to an object to be sterilized on a lower stage during a sterilization step to prevent poor drying in a subsequent drying step in a steam sterilization apparatus.SOLUTION: A plurality stages of shelf materials 13 each on which an object to be sterilized is placed are vertically installed in a sterilization tank 2. A water receiving plate 14 is installed under each stage, other than the lowermost stage, of the shelf material 13. The water receiving plate 14 is installed so as to be inclined downward toward the outside in the width direction of the shelf material 13 to allow condensed water received on its top surface to flow down to both sides in the width direction. A drain receiver 23 is installed on each side wall 22 in the sterilization tank 2, corresponding to each water receiving plate 14. The drain receiver 23 receives the condensed water falling down from an outer end in the width direction of the water receiving plate 14 to prevent the condensed water from falling down to a lower stage of shelf material 13 and an object to be sterilized placed thereon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】蒸気滅菌装置において、滅菌工程中に蒸気の凝縮水が下段の被滅菌物へ落下するのを防止して、その後の乾燥工程における乾燥不良を防止する。【解決手段】被滅菌物を載せる棚材13が、滅菌槽2内に上下複数段に設けられる。最下段を除いた各段の棚材13の下部には、水受板14が設けられる。水受板14は、棚材13の幅方向外側へ行くに従って下方へ傾斜するよう設けられ、上面で受けた凝縮水を幅方向両側へ流し落とす。各水受板14に対応して、滅菌槽2内の側壁22に、ドレン受け23が設けられる。ドレン受け23は、水受板14の幅方向外端部から脱落する凝縮水を受けて、下段の棚材13やそれに載せた被滅菌物への落下を防止する。【選択図】図2
