PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental cleanup jig for removal of red water in sea or Algae such as Microcysis in lake and river, inhibition of viruses or micro shells in aquaculture field, fish field, fish pond, marine or the like, sterilization and deodorization of contaminated air for prevention of infection disease causing and prevention of spreading contamination in hospitals, livestock barns and public facilities, reduction of phosphorous, a nitrogen compound, calcium, radioactive metals, heavy metals, COD, odor and coloring or the like in waste water of livestock industry or ground water, sewage water or industrial waste water, lake water, liver water, purification plant water, industrial water, ground water, well water, drinking water, farm water, radioactive contaminated water in and out of nuclear power station or the like and growth and increase of marine resource, by adding new function to a used tennis ball.SOLUTION: There is provided an environmental purification tool used by containing an environmental purification element consisting of one or more of a photosensitizer, charcoal, iron components, lime, alum, phenolic compounds, organic acid, iron organic salt (bivalent and trivalent), Prussian blue and rear earth element compounds in a tennis ball (carrying in raising and/or filling in the ball).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】使用済みテニスボールに新たな機能を付与し、海洋での赤潮や湖沼・河川でのアオコ等藻類の除去、水産養殖場・魚場・生け簀・船舶等でのウイルス類や微小貝類の抑制、病院・畜舎施設・公共施設での感染症発生予防や感染拡大防止のため汚染空気の滅菌・脱臭、畜産業の廃水や地下水，下水道や産業廃水，湖水・河川水・浄水場水・工業用水・地下水・井戸水・飲料水・養殖場水，原子力発電所内外の放射性汚染水等におけるリン，窒素化合物，カルシウム，放射性金属，重金属，ＣＯＤ，臭気及び着色等を減少、水質・ヘドロの浄化、水産資源の育成と増加させる環境浄化治具の提供。【解決手段】テニスボールに光増感剤，炭，鉄成分，石灰，明礬，フェノール系化合物、有機酸，有機酸鉄（２価及び３価），プルシアンブルー及び希土類元素化合物の１つ以上からなる環境浄化素子を含有（起毛に担持及び又は球内に充填）させて使用する環境浄化具。【選択図】図３
