The present invention is to provide a cream-type styling agent which can sufficiently secure setting force of hair, prevent stickiness of hair after setting, and reduce a mixture amount of solid lead, hydrocarbon, and the like as an ingredient to maintain the setting force. The present invention relates to the creamy styling agent wherein (A) solid lead or hydrocarbon； (B) liquid oils； (C) nonionic surface active agents； (D) higher fatty acid-based nonionic surface active agents； (E) polyethylene glycol whose an average addition number of moles of the ethylene glycol is 32 or less； and (F) water are mixed.
