PURPOSE: An anti-theft method for a ship using a crew fatigue measurement apparatus and a system thereof are provided to prevent the interception of the ship in advance by using iris recognition and authentication. CONSTITUTION: A camera of a fatigue measurement apparatus measures the size of a user's pupil(S110). According to a preset measuring control signal, light is emitted to the eye of the user(S120). The change of the user's pupil is measured(S130). The fatigue of the user is calculated based on the measured change of the user's pupil(S140).
