PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter with a guidewire tube embedded in a peripheral wall part of a main tube, wherein deterioration of insertion property can be suppressed by preventing the guidewire tube from coming off from the main tube.SOLUTION: A catheter body 11 of a suction catheter has a suction tube 14 and a guidewire tube 15. Among a thick part of a peripheral wall part of the suction tube 14 and a peripheral wall part of the guidewire tube 15 of the catheter body 11, a portion which is on a further opposite side of a suction lumen 17 than a guidewire lumen 18 in a lumen parallel direction X and extends in the axis line direction from an opening 38 acts as easily breakable parts 50 and 51.
