PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcatheter with increased stability and a second lumen to allow for localized contrast delivery or aspiration.SOLUTION: A microcatheter comprising a first flexible tubular body 20 and a second flexible tubular body 30 is provided. The first flexible tubular body 20 defines a longitudinal axis, has a proximal end 24, a distal end 27, and a first lumen 26 extending at least partially therethrough. The second flexible tubular body 30 extends substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis along at least a portion of its length and has a second lumen 36 extending at least partially therethrough. The first lumen 26 and the second lumen 36 are coaxially disposed along at least a majority of the length of the second lumen 36.
