PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset working machine which can move a working portion with a cylinder from an ordinary working position to a turned working position, and can steplessly continuously adjust the offset position of the working potion at each working position with the cylinder.SOLUTION: A levee-plastering machine 1, an example of offset working machines, is mounted on a travel machine frame 90, and has the working portion 60 which receives a power from the travel machine frame 90 and performs a levee-plastering work at a position laterally offset from the travel position of the travel machine frame 90. The working portion 60 is rotatably supported on the tip side of an offset mechanism portion 20 rotatably supported on a mounting portion 5 mounted on the travel machine frame 90, and is moved from the ordinary working position for performing the work of the working portion 60 on the forward travel of the travel machine frame 90 to the turned working position for performing the work of the working portion 60 turned on the backward travel of the travel machine frame 90, only the expansion or contraction of a single expansion or contraction mechanism portion 10 for changing the rotation angle of the offset mechanism portion 20.
